NO. 07 · PLATFORM · ADVISORY FIRM IN SWEDEN · FOR A CLIENT · LIVE SINCE AUGUST 2026 · AR

The books, articles and course texts of an advisory firm in Sweden sat scattered across files and LinkedIn. Now one platform reads them in and writes posts in the founder's voice, and nothing goes out before he presses Approve.

  • The platform's queue with the LinkedIn connection, the button to order new drafts, and one draft post with the buttons Approve, Adjust and Reject; the draft's text is blurred. Swedish interface.
FIG. 1 · QUEUE: APPROVE, ADJUST OR REJECT · TEXT BLURRED
  • The counters on the platform's overview screen: 15 drafts waiting for a yes, 0 scheduled, 1 published, 0 prospects, 0 bookings, 0 new messages, 404 documents in the corpus, LinkedIn connected with 54 days left on the connection. Swedish interface.
FIG. 2 · OVERVIEW: WHAT IS WAITING FOR A YES
  • The corpus screen with an upload box for text files and a LinkedIn export, the counters 404 documents and 109,006 words, and the first rows of the document list with source, word count and date; the titles and the founder's name are blurred. Swedish interface.
FIG. 3 · CORPUS: OVER 400 DOCUMENTS READ IN · TITLES BLURRED
  • The working-hours block on the availability screen: a tick per weekday and a from and to time in which a meeting can be booked, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 16:30, Saturday and Sunday closed. Swedish interface.

Starting point
An advisory firm in Sweden, run by its founder. His texts sat scattered across files and LinkedIn, and he wanted outreach, LinkedIn, appointments and bookkeeping in one place, with one hard rule: nothing ever goes out without his say-so.
What I built
One platform, one login per person, with roles: the founder approves, a colleague manages prospects and appointments, I am the admin. Four parts. Outreach: decision makers found through Apollo, scored by Claude, a four-step email sequence, and a warm-up ladder for a new mail domain so too much never goes out at once. Content: a corpus of the firm's own books, articles and course texts, over 400 documents, from which Claude writes LinkedIn posts in the founder's voice. They land in a queue; only after a click on Approve does a background job put them online through the official LinkedIn API, at once or at a chosen time. Appointments: a booking page that reads several calendars and writes into one. Bookkeeping: a separate module based on Ledgerbox, for several companies and currencies.
Who uses it
The founder and his firm. The corpus is loaded and the first approved post has gone out on LinkedIn; outreach waits for the mail domain to warm up.
Reads and writes in
Apollo, Resend, the official LinkedIn API, Outlook and Google calendars, its own database.
Built with
Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Claude by Anthropic. Built on the base of my own outreach system.
From start to live
First version live on 25 August 2026. Booking page and bookkeeping module followed on 27 August 2026.

I do not name the firm, and names and texts on the screens are blurred. The interface is Swedish, like the firm. One rule from this project I take everywhere: nothing is published or sent before a person has pressed Yes.
