NO. 02 · SALES APP · FOR ONE SALES REP · IN USE SINCE APRIL 2026 · AR

A sales rep in cosmetics kept 30 to 60 salons on paper and in loose lists. Now it all sits in one app on her phone, and every morning the app tells her who is behind on budget and who has gone too long without a visit.

  • Home screen of the sales app on a phone, with a list of signals on test data: salons behind on yearly budget
FIG. 1 · HOME SCREEN WITH SIGNALS · DEMO DATA
  • Sales screen of the sales app with sales per month against budget, on test data
FIG. 2 · SALES AGAINST BUDGET · DEMO DATA
  • Map screen of the sales app with client locations as pins on a map, on test data
FIG. 3 · MAP OF CLIENTS · DEMO DATA
  • The same home screen of the sales app in a desktop browser, with targets, signals and the latest sales, on test data
FIG. 4 · HOME SCREEN ON A LARGE SCREEN · DEMO DATA
Starting point
Paper and loose lists. Sales per salon, appointments and visits were never in one place.
What I built
An app for the phone. Sales per client against monthly and yearly budget, a client list with visit history, a map of all salons, reminders, and a home screen with signals: who is behind on yearly budget, who has had no visit for over six weeks, who has had no contact for over three weeks. The signals are simple rules, not AI.
Who uses it
One sales rep, every working day, since April 2026.
Reads and writes in
Its own database. A calendar feed that Google, Apple and Outlook read.
Built with
Next.js, Supabase, Mapbox, Vercel. Runs as a web app on the phone's home screen.
From start to in use
7 and 8 April 2026.

All screens show test data. The real client list is hers, not mine.
